Six thick, textured slices of artisanal fudge in various flavors—including dark chocolate, peanut butter swirl, and strawberry—are arranged on a white marble countertop. Behind the fudge sits a light blue and black vintage-style gift box labeled "Illegally Good Hand Crafted Fudge." The background features a high-end chocolate shop with dark wood shelving, glass jars filled with sweets, and a chocolatier in an apron working in a brightly lit kitchen area in the distance.

Gourmet Fudge

vertical, close-up shot showing the corner and side of two artisanal chocolate bars. The bar in the foreground is milk chocolate, featuring an elegant, embossed circular filigree design and the partially visible words "CHOCOLATE MOONSHINE." It is decorated with a diagonal, marbled swirl of white chocolate. Tucked behind it is a darker, plain chocolate bar with similar embossed lettering. The lighting is soft, highlighting the smooth texture and crisp edges of the chocolate.

Belgian Bars

collection of slender, rounded artisanal chocolate bars displayed on a light marble background. Each bar features a unique, vibrant design: one has a gradient of orange and silver, another is deep plum with white speckles, and others show splashes of yellow and pink. The chocolates have a smooth, glossy finish, suggesting a high-end, handcrafted quality. The bottom of the image fades into a soft white mist

FAQs

Do your Alcohol Flavors of chocolates and fudge contain alcohol?

Not all of our flavors contain alcohol. Only those with alcohol in the name—like Bourbon or Whiskey—or those inspired by cocktails may include alcohol as an ingredient. However, all our chocolates are completely safe for minors. Any alcohol used is cooked out during the production process, leaving only the flavor behind.

Which of your items are Gluten-Free?

Almost all of our handmade chocolates and fudge items are gluten-free. You can easily identify gluten-free fudge by looking for the gluten-free mark on each product.

Do you have any Vegan products?

Yes, we do! You can explore our selection of vegan products

How long do your confections last for?

Our fresh cream and butter fudge is made in small batches with no preservatives. It’s best enjoyed within 2-3 weeks when kept unsealed at room temperature. For longer storage, you can freeze it in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Our hand-painted truffles and chocolate confections are best enjoyed within 6 weeks. If you want to enjoy them longer, you can store them in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 6 months.

What is the best way to store your products?

Our fresh cream and butter fudge is made in small batches with no preservatives, so it's best enjoyed within 2–3 weeks. Store it at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. We recommend keeping it out on the counter rather than in a dark cabinet, as proper airflow helps maintain its texture and freshness.

If you'd like to keep it longer, place it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 6 months.

While refrigeration won't harm the fudge, we generally don't recommend it, as it can absorb odors and flavors from other foods stored in the refrigerator, which may affect its taste.

Our hand-painted truffles and chocolate confections are best enjoyed within 6 weeks. Store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. For longer storage, place them in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 6 months.

As with our fudge, refrigeration is acceptable if necessary, but we prefer freezing over refrigerating. Chocolate can pick up aromas from other refrigerated items, which may alter the flavor and overall experience.
